I am unable to play the game, no patch begins downloading and it appears when I close and reopen the launcher. Hello Hegemon, Would it be possible for you to gather and send us a copy of your Logs?

On my 8th hour if you can believe it trying to install SCII.
Now i get home and what do you know it, my sister bought me SCII. The Updates begin downloading at a snails pace, 40 mb took like 25 minutes.
Tech Support tried to help by giving me a myriad of fixes: dns flush, power cycle, Windows update, running a security scan, disabling security programs, enabling Secondary Logon, closing background applications, manually updating Agent, deleting Tools folder, and opening ports for all Blizzard games.
I also tried game client installers in different languages and for different games (suggested by I had Starcraft 2 Heart of the Swarm installed on this computer a year ago and uninstalled it.

When i lauch the SC2 launcher nothing seem to happen except it reads "updating" and patch notes, but thats about it, "play" is greyed out.Picture: can i tell if its downloading anything at all? Iv been on that screen for around 20 minutes and nothing appears to happen.
